All trademarks, characters, names, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property appearing on the repurposed materials remain the property of their respective owners. Any third-party names or characters referenced in this listing are used only to identify and describe the original repurposed material.

Threaded Replay pieces are handmade using repurposed vintage and pre-loved textiles. These materials have lived a life before becoming something new, so minor fading, small marks, color variations, or other signs of age and previous use may be present. Materials are carefully selected, but these characteristics are part of working with original, pre-loved textiles and help make every piece one of a kind. Measurements may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each item.

Shipping Method

Threaded Replay currently ships within the United States via USPS Priority Mail.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your Replay all the way home.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items will typically be packaged and shipped within 2–4 business days after purchase.

During Replay Archive launches or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. Any significant delays will be communicated as soon as possible.

Processing time is separate from USPS transit time.

Shipping Time

USPS Priority Mail typically provides delivery within 1–3 business days, but delivery dates are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed by Threaded Replay.

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, transit times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking is included with every shipment. Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct so you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll gladly update the address if your order has not yet shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, Threaded Replay cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or redirected.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking has stopped updating or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll help determine the appropriate next steps with USPS.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, first check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact your local USPS office.

Threaded Replay is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Keep the item and all original shipping materials and packaging, and send us photos of the damage and packaging. These may be required to submit a claim with USPS.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is completed.

Threaded Replay currently ships to U.S. addresses only.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because Threaded Replay pieces are handmade in small quantities and are often one of a kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, color, size, or other personal preference.

Please review all product photos, descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your Replay arrives damaged in transit, has a significant defect that was not disclosed in the listing, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Email orders@threadedreplay.com with:

• Your name and order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item

• Photos of the shipping packaging if the item was damaged during shipping

Please do not discard the packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be needed for a shipping claim.

Once the issue has been reviewed, Threaded Replay will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement when possible, or store credit.

Because many Threaded Replay pieces are one of a kind, an identical replacement may not be available.

Vintage & Repurposed Materials

Threaded Replay products are handmade using vintage, secondhand and repurposed textiles. These fabrics have had a life before becoming your Replay.

Fading, variations in color or print, minor marks, small areas of wear and other characteristics consistent with previously loved textiles may be present. These characteristics are not considered damage or defects.

We inspect our materials and do our best to photograph and disclose any notable imperfections before an item is listed.

Custom Replays

Custom and personalized items are also final sale.

If a Custom Replay arrives damaged or has a workmanship issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery using the process above.

Due to the limited and one-of-a-kind nature of Threaded Replay pieces, we cannot accept returns simply because an item wasn't what you expected, you changed your mind, or you no longer want it.
